Gayle Brown

I have had a lifetime of first hand experience with the military life. I was an army brat as my father was a Lieutenant Coronal for the US Army and finally retired after 31 years. My family moved around from place to place several times in my childhood so I understand how taxing and stressful it can be.

After my father retired from the US Army he had this vision to start a real estate company so that he could help military families purchase homes of their own using there military benefits. I joined my fathers company in 2004 so that I could continue his legacy as he would like to retire all together to pursue a life on the road in his RV.

There are several qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional. Integrity, community and market knowledge, communication, effective negotiation skills and having a great team of professionals to make the transaction a quick and positive experience for the whole family.

With that said, in my experience as a  Real Estate professional the way I provide the very best service is putting your needs first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

My "client first" philosophy has always been my approach to running a successful business and it requires me to continually improve my skills by always searching for additional knowledge and continuing education. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much  quicker and efficient.
